Rough Coast production
Nick Darke’s tale of the exploits of John Carter – the self-styled ‘King of Prussia’ – and his brothers Harry and Charles, who ran a highly profitable smuggling operation at Prussia Cove during the 18th Century. Originally performed by Kneehigh, this production is presented by new company Rough Coast.

Nick Darke’s The King of Prussia was originally produced in 1996 by Kneehigh Theatre and Plymouth Theatre Royal. Join members of the original cast who are re-united for this rehearsed reading to celebrate Nick’s work.
